Unstoppable
Digital Coaching & Mentorship Program

A Radical Revisioning of How To :
Overcome the sabotaging effects of diet culture**
Cultivate practices of self-Care beyond diet and exercise
Pursue holistic health
Deal with life challenges through connection with other women

Can you relate to any of these challenges:

  • You don’t want to spend so much mental energy on how you look. Or allow how you look to define what you believe you’re capable of.

  • You recognize that bodies change with circumstances such as pregnancy and aging but accepting our bodies feels impossible and like you’ve failed

  • You struggle with committing to self care and don’t feel that it’s important unless it creates weight loss. Even though you don’t want to feel that way.

  • You don’t want your own inner dialogue, doubt, and lack of confidence to stop you from living to your potential.

  • You recognize the importance of mental health but don’t know how to apply healthy mental practices into your everyday life.

  • You believe that health should be holistic but in a biomedical world it’s difficult to attend to your psychological and emotional needs.

Here is what you need (and no-one is offering) to be Unstoppable in your pursuit of health, purpose, and a life well lived.

  • Understanding of social and cultural norms and messages based in capitalism and not health.

  • An anti-diet and weight inclusive approach to health.

  • Clarity on your unique health approach that allows you to flourish

  • Develop inner resources and practices that allow you to care for yourself through life’s challenges

  • Professional health coaching that creates the results you desire using a holistic model.

  • The opportunity to be in relationship and community with other women for collective healing and gender based liberation.

**Diet culture is a system of beliefs that:

  • Worships thinness and equates it to health and moral virtue, which means you can spend your whole life thinking you’re irreparably broken just because you don’t look like the impossibly thin “ideal.”

  • Promotes weight loss as a means of attaining higher status, which means you feel compelled to spend a massive amount of time, energy, and money trying to shrink your body, even though the research is very clear that almost no one can sustain intentional weight loss for more than a few years.

  • Demonizes certain ways of eating and exercising while elevating others, which means you’re forced to be hyper-vigilant about your eating and exercise, ashamed of making certain food and exercise choices, and distracted from your pleasure, your purpose, and your power.

  • Oppresses people who don’t match up with its supposed picture of “health,” which disproportionately harms women, femmes, trans folks, people in larger bodies, people of color, and people with disabilities, damaging both their mental and physical health.

Diet culture harms us all.
Diet culture might be preventing you from becoming the biggest, boldest, most amazing expression of you.

Diet culture steals us of our:

  • Personal power because it makes us believe we are only as good as our packaging.

  • Joy because we view what we want through the lens of how it makes us appear through the eyes of others rather than fully living into our own truth.

  • Futures because sometimes we invest so much of our energy in body change that we have nothing left to invest in our future dreams.

  • Past because sometimes our strongest memories are false realities we were told about our bodies or shame we experienced as a result of our bodies.

AND I SAY WE TAKE IT BACK!

IT’S A MASSIVE RECLAMATION PROCESS.

We reclaim our personal power so we live by what we believe, our truth, our story and on our terms.
We reclaim our joy by living a life of meaning and purpose.
We reclaim our futures by investing our energies only in our deepest desires and what we believe we’re here to achieve.
We reclaim our past by rewriting our story from the lens of body trust.
How do we do these things??
